Before you ask
Which player is this racket for?
Players who want a light, arm friendly racket: quick at the net, comfortable on impact, forgiving over a long match. The store lists it as a hybrid shape with a soft core, and names elbow and shoulder discomfort as a reason to choose it.
How much does it weigh?
Rolenn do not publish a weight for this model, so we do not quote one. What is published is that it is the lighter of the two Fractal rackets. If an exact figure matters to you, email us before you order and we will weigh one.
When will it arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days with DPD or Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 working days and express 1 to 2, chosen at checkout; next day is available when chosen before 3pm. UK delivery is free over £100, which this racket clears on its own.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from the day it arrives. Email contact@obsidianpadel.co.uk with your order number and we send return instructions within 1 to 2 working days. A racket can only be returned completely unused with the original plastic grip cover still on. Return postage is yours unless the racket arrived faulty, damaged or was sent in error. Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 14 days of the racket reaching us.
